Okay, so I'm out fifty bucks! Instead of making 3 new tribes we are all given the chance to change tribes. My initial reaction was to jump. I figured that Ruth would definitely change tribes, and that would cause huge problems for our plans of booting her.
I told Jim and Bobby that we should switch and they were reluctant to at first. Then Jim had to leave at 6:30 so it was a last minute decision to jump.
This is why I am smarter than Jim or Bobby! The two of them were so arrogant about our security in this game that they decided to vote out Stephanie. Had we voted out Judd as I had wanted, Ruth and Steph would still feel secure on this tribe and we'd be able to play it out as we had planned (by booting Ruth and Steph if we lose). Instead they alienate Ruth- who now knows she is a target. So she will DEFINITELY join up with the Yaxha's and vote with them.
What pisses me off even more is that they both are now TELLING me to jump tribes. "POST IT NOW!" Bobby says to me. No one tells me what to do in this game or outside of it. I'm going to make this decision on my own, and on my own time. I don't give a damn if Jim has to post his right now. I still have another 3 hours to think it over.
This might be the point in the game where I have to make the big move. On one hand I've got my alliance with Bobby, Jim, Brandon, and Brooke. Bobby and Jim think they can just boss me around, and think they are smarter than me. I refuse to be bossed around to the final 5. I have 3 different opportunities here:
1)I switch tribes and join up with the opposing alliance. Stick a fork in Jim, Bobby, and company and take my chances with the new guys.
2) I switch tribes and stick with Jim, Bobby and company. We bank on Judd and Brooke sticking with us, and if they don't I betray my alliance at that point.
3) I don't switch. I become my own tribe and take on everyone. I feel that I could win by myself if I set my mind to it. If I lose, at least I lose taking a risk instead of being chicken shits like Jim and Bobby.
I'm going to spend the next couple hours seriously considering these three options, and then making a final decision right before 10:00. I feel that I would be respected for sticking it out on my own. I could tell Bobby that I'm sacrificing myself for the good of the alliance, and tell everyone else that I'm loyal and willing to take chances. I'm not afraid to lose.
So shame on you Bobby and Jim for trying to pressure me. Bobby, you would be smart to think for yourself and not just rush your decisions because of Jim.
I'll post my decision in a couple hours.
